Secret Options at The Court Jester

The Court Jester is a hometown favorite of mine. Two of my best friends have worked there since high school, and they always have a way to tweak an item on the menu to make it even more delicious (and worse for you). Their new obsession? Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas made with chicken fingers instead of grilled chicken.
Breaded chicken fingers drenched in buffalo sauce layered with cheese between two tortillas served on lettuce with sour cream. The Jester is known locally for its wings, so putting their buffalo sauce on anything makes it irresistible. Pair it with Cajun waffle fries and ranch dressing to complete your true Jester experience.
The Court Jester has an extensive menu, and daily food and drink specials. It is a great place to go for dinner, or to grab a beer and watch the game (on Sundays they do bingo during half time).
